    • No Smoking Indoors – Vape or light up (yes, cannabis too) only on the rooftop (open 7 AM – 10 PM).

    • Drink, Don’t Sink – Enjoy, just keep it classy.

    • Quiet Hours 9:30 PM – 9 AM – Headphones in, beach dreams on.

    • One Pod, One Person – No doubling up.

    • Tidy Communals – Leave every space better than you found it.

    • Clean as you cook.

    • Stash food only in the fridge & pantry spots that match your pod number.

    • Ovens off after 9 PM.

    • Quick turns, especially mornings/evenings.


    • No gear left behind—use the caddy provided.

    • Hang towels on the hook that matches your pod.
